CGP COATING INNOVATION offers a complete range of non-slip layer pads covering all palletising profiles: column, cross or mixed stacking.
Formats coated on both sides, adapted to your needs and packaging:
STABULON® paper format with different grammages depending on the products being palletised, STABULON® compact cardboard sheet with high rigidity properties, STABULON® anti-slip corrugated cardboard sheet for packaging with an irregular surface or low contact area.
Non-slip pallet dividers are essential palletising accessories that stabilise your products on pallets during internal conveying, storage and transport of your goods.
CLASSIC RANGE
Complete range of dividers: paper, solid board, corrugated board coated on both sides with an anti-slip solution.
STABULON® Paper format STABULON 85, STABULON 100, STABULON 140, STABULON 220, STABULON 300. Download our product sheets now.
STABULON® Anti-slip compact cardboard format The compact cardboard sheet coated with an anti-slip solution provides high rigidity and strength. Specially recommended for palletising heavy loads that require a layer-by-layer load transfer and for optimising load stability. The compact formats are resistant to perforation, punching and shearing. STABULON 450, STABULON 600, STABULON 800. Download our product sheets now.
STABULON® Non-slip corrugated board sheet STABULON® anti-slip corrugated board has been specially developed for packaging with an irregular surface and a low contact area with the liner. The board provides good load distribution and high rigidity. The anti-slip corrugated board format allows the irregularities to fit within the cardboard sheet and stabilise the packaged products on the pallet. The board is highly resistant to perforation, punching and shearing. STABULON E400, STABULON B400, STABULON B600 Reinforced. Download our product sheets now.
implementation
Our extensive range covers all types of application: manual palletising, palletising using a High Level or Low Level palletising system, or robotic palletising.
Depending on the case, the layer pads are positioned :
at the bottom or foot of the pallet to prevent rising damp, protect the products from the roughness of the pallet and stabilise the first layers of products, to ensure the link between the wooden or plastic pallet and the load.
between layers of palletised products to increase the rigidity and stability of the products and possibly increase the height of products packaged on pallets.
on top of the products in the case of stacked pallets, to prevent slipping and rubbing, and to protect the last layer of products from damage by the wooden pallet and from dust and bad weather.
Any doubts about product implementation? Our EXPERTS in automated palletising tools can advise you on product selection, testing and validation of solutions.
key benefits
Packaging optimisation tool :
Reduction and optimisation of packaging and logistics costs, in particular through reduced use of stretch film.
Reduced damage during transport or internal conveyance.
Reduced work-related accidents on packaging lines, in storage warehouses and during loading and unloading operations.
Optimising palletising layouts.
Optimisation of storage and transport areas.
Reduction in secondary or tertiary packaging costs.
Secondary packaging can be eliminated for simplified de-palletising.
Impeccable presentation of pallets of finished products on supermarket shelves to the end consumer.
100% recyclable and 100% reusable.
Hydrophobic product with natural water-resistant properties.
benefits
Avoids horizontal displacement of product layers, as the force required for this displacement depends on the coefficient of friction between the palletised product and the layer pad.
Keeps products in place during movement phases when pallets are subjected to lateral forces due to inertia.
In the case of column palletising, avoids the tulip effect by structuring the pallet and ensuring cohesion between product columns.
In the case of cross or mixed palletising, improves load distribution and prevents products collapsing into the stacks.
Ensures that loads that tend to tip over (bottles, packs, etc.) are returned to an upright position.
Helps secure stacked pallets. When stacked, the mass of the top pallet is applied to the layers of the pallet below.
The anti-slip insert prevents the layers from slipping off each other. Any deviation between the top and bottom of the pallet creates an imbalance in the pallet below, which will then bear the full weight of the pallet above.

Demand is changing, and consumers no longer want to remain mere spectators of the deteriorating climate. They feel involved in the act of purchasing and its consequences for the environment.
The rules are changing, the environmental shift has been taken and is part of a regulatory and fiscal framework, the movement is unstoppable and markets are closing to the least green companies.
The supply side is changing, companies are reducing their environmental footprint, we are learning to consume fewer resources and less energy, to generate less greenhouse gas and waste, and to create products that can be recycled.
Over several phases of the product life cycle. We can help you to sort waste more quickly and recover it where appropriate.
Proof in figures
What are the results of this continuous improvement approach?
The life cycle analysis has enabled us to highlight the 5 items that have the greatest impact, namely :
raw materials, particularly paper
water consumption
electricity and gas consumption. and waste reduction.
CGP INDUSTRIES is a pioneer in the environmental approach with the sorting and recovery of our waste, the introduction of eco-design and the completion of an Energy Diagnostic and Carbon Footprint for the site.
CGP INDUSTRIES continues to improve its environmental performance, focusing on energy savings:
• 315,000 kWh/year thanks to the installation of 6 Electronic Variable Speed Drives on our furnace and compressor motors. • 26,000 kWh/year thanks to its policy of optimising lighting in the workshops by replacing old luminaires with ferromagnetic ballasts with new luminaires with electronic ballasts. • 2,200,000 kWh/year thanks to the launch of a heat recovery project, using the hot air discharged by the furnaces to preheat incoming air. • 14% less gas used thanks to a reduction in furnace extraction rates.
Areas for future improvement :
172,000 kWh/year by installing destratifiers throughout the workshop.

AN ECO-DESIGNED RANGE: STABULON® ANTI-SLIP SPACER PADS
Why is the STABULON® anti-slip spacer range eco-designed?
The Green Touch is not a niche, it's a profitable and winning value proposition that we'd like to share with you.
Greener, but not more expensive! It's obvious.
Greener, but no worse! All our products perform identically to products before the approach.
For as many people as possible ... our products are a service to you, whether you are sensitive to environmental arguments or not. They enable you to reduce your costs, cut your packaging consumption and reduce your waste.
Visibly green! To reinforce our commitment to our planet, we have created an Eco-LOGO on all the products in the range, attesting to our efforts to improve environmental performance at several stages in the product life cycle. Thanks to our Eco-logo, you can identify the eco-designed approach of the product and communicate.
Different in use! Thanks to us, all products bearing the Eco-logo go straight into the paper bin, so we can help you sort your waste more quickly and recycle your waste where appropriate. For the rest, all the functional and application characteristics have remained unchanged.
