For the packaging of your products, you carry out picking operations and manual or semi-automatic positioning of your products in a cardboard box, a plastic bag or a paper or bubble envelope. You want to increase your output and reduce the cost of your packaging while maintaining maximum security for your products. You have to deal with multi-dimensional products and you want to reduce your packaging stocks while guaranteeing the safety of your products.
Our self-sealing COLD SEAL coatings on paper, cardboard and/or film are the answer to your problems. Primarily used in picking workshops for distance selling and e-commerce, in packaging workshops for furniture products or small mechanical parts.
COLD SEAL self-sealing packaging closes by simple pressure, no need for heat to seal, the self-sealer leaves no trace or residue on the product after unpacking. The packaging holds the product in place, preventing it from shifting during transport or internal conveyance and creating a strong, lightweight package.
The material forms a shell around the product, protecting it from dust and dirt, holding the part in place and preventing abrasion.
The packaging sticks to itself, never to the product, forming a versatile cohesive package.

Combined version, paper + cardboard... film + cardboard protects the product's external environment and can be combined with an anti-corrosion treatment or other treatments.
OPTIONS :
Several modes of use depending on the problem and the degree of automation required:
the product is positioned in the centre of the COLD SEAL coated support, the packaging is folded on itself, inside face to inside face, and a seal (by simple pressure) is made lengthways and at each end.
the product is positioned between 2 layers of support coated inside against inside, 4 welds (by simple pressure) are made at each end.
Packaging operations are simplified on semi-automated packaging systems of varying complexity.
All the operator has to do is place the product on the infeed conveyor where the coated substrate is unwound.
The machine simply presses the seal and cuts, either at the operator's request or using a programmed cut.
The shipping label is positioned, either manually or automatically.
