AN ECO-DESIGNED RANGE: STABULON® THE ANTI-SLIP INTERLAYER
Why is the STABULON® anti-slip interlayer range Eco-designed?
Green touch is not a niche, it is a profitable and winning value proposition that we propose to share with you.
Greener, but not more expensive! A no-brainer.
Greener, but not worse! All our products have identical performance to the products before the process.
For the most part … our products serve you whether you are sensitive to environmental arguments or not. They allow you to reduce your costs, reduce your packaging consumption and reduce your waste.
Visibly green! In order to reinforce our commitment to our planet, we have created an Eco-LOGO present on all products in the range and attesting to our environmental performance efforts over several phases of the product life cycle. With our Eco-logo you can identify the approach of the eco-designed product and communicate.
Different to the use! Thanks to us, all products bearing the Eco-logo go directly into the paper bin, we help you to go faster in sorting waste and to recover your waste if necessary. For the rest all functional and implementation features remained unchanged.
What are the OBJECTIVES of our Eco-design approach?
Being at the forefront of INNOVATION, the environmental performance of our products is a source of innovation.
Listening to our customers, responding to the growing awareness of consumers for the preservation of the environment.
Why dirty when you can clean! We only have one planet so let’s act.
What is an eco-design approach? It is the fact of designing from its creation a product that best meets environmental imperatives.
The goal is to create a product from the start with the least possible impact on the environment throughout its life. The process often begins with a Product Lifecycle Analysis (LCA) … from cradle to grave…
This analysis evaluates the overall impact of the product on 14 observation indicators that can be listed in 6 main families that make it possible to highlight areas for improvement on the most significant criteria.
Impact on the air: climate change, acidification, destruction of the stratospheric ozone layer.
Impact on water: eutrophication, freshwater eco-toxicity, photochemical oxidation.
Impact on soils: Terrestrial eco-toxicity, Land use.
Impact on resources: Depletion of resources.
Human impact: Human toxicity.
Stream indicators: Non-hazardous waste, Hazardous waste, Consumption of energy resources, Consumption of water resources.
